  • In order to overcome unidirectional watertightness which is a disadvantage of the previous metal seat butterfly valve, the shape of the seat has been changed to enable bi-directional watertightness. And, a packing member is inserted into the disc and the connection area, preventing corrosion on the disc axis connection area, increasing longevity while reducing contamination so as to effect cost savings.
